Who Am I?
As a lifelong sports enthusiast—whether it’s football, rugby, or anything involving a ball—fitness has always been a central part of my life. I started playing rugby at the age of four, and that early exposure instilled in me a deep passion for health, performance, and helping others thrive physically. For the past seven years, I’ve been running CALFIT Personal Training here in Kensington Olympia, West London, where I’ve worked with incredible clients and built lasting friendships through fitness.
